A remodel lets us make a home healthier. A new build lets us get it right from the start— and it’s where the difference is biggest, because we control the parts you’ll never see as well as the parts you will.

A dry, well-built envelope. The healthiest home starts with keeping water out — proper flashing, drainage, water management, a well-sealed shell. No hidden moisture, no mold behind the walls in year seven.
Build tight, ventilate right. A tight home is efficient, but only if it breathes on purpose. We build in fresh-air ventilation (ERV/HRV) so stale, off-gassed air goes out and clean air comes in, continuously.
Insulation without the toxins. Formaldehyde-free and free of harsh flame retardants — options that naturally resist mold and help regulate humidity.
Natural light and a connection to outside, by design. Windows placed and sized for real daylight, sightlines to the yard, real materials that bring the outdoors in. It’s beautiful, and it’s better for how you feel and sleep.
Clean materials, top to bottom. No-added-formaldehyde products where we can, low-VOC construction adhesives, mold-resistant board in wet zones, zero-VOC paint, lime plaster, natural flooring instead of vinyl.
Details that live well. A mudroom to leave the outside world (and what’s on your shoes) at the door. Bedrooms designed as actual sanctuaries. Wider, lighter spaces and a first-floor primary that feel generous now and make sense for decades.
Options to go further. Whole-home air purification and water filtration, circadian lighting, natural-fiber textiles, EMF-conscious wiring for the families who want it.

The point isn’t a longer checklist. It’s a home you love the look of that’s also healthy in the places you can’t see.

Design Concept and Architectural Phase

Based on your input, we develop an initial concept for your approval before moving into the official architectural drawings.

Interior Design Plans

With your input, we select finishes and furnishings uniquely for your space and present them to you through design boards, samples and realistic 3d renderings. We believe this personalized approach to selections allows for a truly custom home unmatched by a showroom appointment.

Construction Contract and Order Placement

After the design phase, the construction proposal and contract is finalized and approved by you. We take a deposit and begin ordering materials and lining up our trusted subcontractors.

Construction Begins and Construction Management

Furniture Installation

At the end of construction, we come back to set up furnishings and accessories in your space ( if applicable).
