The floor, not an upgrade — built into every Restart home at little or no added cost, because most of it is simply knowing what to specify:

Range hoods and bath fans vented to the outside, sized to actually clear the air
Higher-grade (MERV-13) filtration on the HVAC
Low- and zero-VOC paints, finishes, adhesives, and caulks
Natural, non-porous surfaces — stone, porcelain, real wood — over vinyl and LVP
Mold-resistant board and proper waterproofing in kitchens, baths, and basements
Lead-free plumbing, flushed and tested

2. Better — what most of our clients choose

Real, noticeable gains for a modest investment — and every one is a design upgrade and a health upgrade at the same time:

Solid wood or formaldehyde-free cabinetry with water-based finishes — the single biggest air-quality win in most homes
Natural stone or sintered-stone counters instead of resin-based engineered stone
