Based on your input, we develop an initial concept for your approval before moving into the official architectural drawings.

With your input, we choose finishes and furnishings for your space and present them to you through virtual design boards, samples and realistic 3d renderings.

Construction Contract and Order Placement

After the design phase, the construction proposal and contract is finalized and approved by you. We take a deposit and begin ordering materials and lining up our trusted subcontractors.
